How It Works

  1. The continuous 2-ply web coming directly from the single facer (or craft paper reel stand) enters the pull roll assembly.
  2. The operator rotates the micro-adjust handle on the integrated PIV variable gear box to select the target cut lengths between 18" and 100".
  3. The timed helical rotary blade rotates in perfect coordination with the linear speed parameter to crop the sheets seamlessly.
  4. The accurately cut, crisp corrugated boards stack uniformly onto the output sheet collecting table.
