How It Works

1. The operator loosens the locking hubs and turns the manual adjustment gears to scale slot intervals to the target specifications.
2. The outer board side-gauges are locked securely in position to form a rigid edge alignment guide tracks.
3. A corrugated board sheet is pushed flat against the back-stop position up to the internal limits.
4. The machine executes its eccentric cycle, bringing the upper knives down to cut the slots and the corner recess cleanly in one motion.
