How It Works

Corrugated board is fed into the machine and aligned by the two side gauges as it enters.
The board travels across four rotary bars, each fitted with an adjustable cutting or creasing head.
Heads are set to the required blank size and crease position before the run begins, with a minimum of 3 inches between any two dies.
Cutting and creasing happen together as the board passes through, at a running speed of 300 ft. per minute.
