How It Works

1. The fluting media paper feed passes over pre-heating cylinders to optimize moisture content and structural compliance.
2. The conditioned paper matrix enters between precision meshed corrugating rolls where the chosen flute profile is pressed under steam heat.
3. Simultaneously, a precise layer of adhesive is applied to the flute tips via an integrated, adjustable scraper film system.
4. The motorized pressure roll bonds the glued fluting medium cleanly onto the face liner board, creating a uniform 2-ply roll or sheet line.
