Fingerless Corrugation Machine

Vacuum Suction Technology for Maximum Box Compression Strength

Fingerless Vacuum Technology Amritsar Manufacturing High-Production Line

Fingerless Corrugation Machine

For high production with quality, this machine adopts fingerless technology. In this type of corrugation machine, air suction through compressor is used instead of adaptors and because of gum rolls without grooves, gum gets applied throughout without gaps and which results in better compression strength of box than traditional machines. This machine is recommended to be used on steam boiler or thermic fluid heaters. Machine speed is 125rft/min.

Key Features

  • Advanced fingerless air suction mechanism replaces old-style guide adapters
  • Grooveless gumming rolls achieve seamless, continuous adhesive distribution
  • Substantially increases ultimate compression resistance of finished boxes
  • Rapid operational output running at speeds up to 125 running feet per minute
  • Heavy-duty dynamically balanced alloy steel corrugating rolls
  • Adaptable integration ready for steam boilers or thermic fluid heaters

How It Works

  1. Fluting medium substrate enters the machine and is instantly drawn flush against the corrugating rolls via a high-pressure compressor vacuum suction channel.
  2. Because no structural mechanical finger adapters are needed to guide the paper, the system mounts completely smooth, grooveless gumming rolls.
  3. The adhesive applicator transfers starch glue across the complete surface width of the flutes with zero dry spots or gap lines.
  4. The liner paper is dynamically bonded onto the wet flute tips under highly concentrated steam heat, rolling out a premium, rigid 2-ply matrix at 125 RFT/min.

Applications

High-Load Heavy Duty Boxes
Premium Export Packing Units
High-Speed 2-Ply Plants
Automatic Box Making Lines

Why Industrial Buyers Choose Golden Brand

  • Higher mechanical stability at elevated production speeds
  • Eliminates common structural liner collapse and tracking errors
  • Reduces raw starch waste and optimizes adhesive allocation
  • Turnkey installation, steam line integration, and testing included

Frequently Asked Questions

Important engineering facts regarding the Fingerless Vacuum Single Facer line

What is the primary operational advantage of fingerless technology?

Traditional machines use crescent guides (fingers) that require grooved glue rolls, leaving un-glued gaps on the liner board. Fingerless technology uses an internal vacuum air suction compressor to hold the paper matrix against the rolls, allowing smooth, grooveless gum rolls to apply starch uniformly across the entire flute width without any gaps.

How does this impact the final quality of the corrugated boxes?

Because the adhesive film is perfectly continuous and gapless, the structural bond between the fluting medium and liner sheet is dramatically stronger. This directly yields higher box compression strength (CS) compared to traditional single facers.

What heating configuration is recommended for this system?

To achieve stable high-speed performance and precise starch gelatinization, this machine is highly recommended to be connected to an industrial steam boiler setup or heavy-duty thermic fluid heaters.

What are the available sizes and raw production speeds?

We manufacture this machinery in five standard deckle widths: 42\", 52\", 62\", 72\", and 84\". It runs smoothly at a high industrial output capacity of 125 running feet (RFT) per minute.

Does the price include commissioning and setup on our site?

Yes. Every Fingerless Corrugation unit supplied by Golden Mechanical Corporation includes professional structural installation, electrical panel configuration, vacuum calibration, and complete on-site crew training.
