For high production with quality, this machine adopts fingerless technology. In this type of corrugation machine, air suction through compressor is used instead of adaptors and because of gum rolls without grooves, gum gets applied throughout without gaps and which results in better compression strength of box than traditional machines. This machine is recommended to be used on steam boiler or thermic fluid heaters. Machine speed is 125rft/min.
Five standard fingerless vacuum configurations — motor ratings, steam input demands, total weights, and footprints.

Important engineering facts regarding the Fingerless Vacuum Single Facer line
Traditional machines use crescent guides (fingers) that require grooved glue rolls, leaving un-glued gaps on the liner board. Fingerless technology uses an internal vacuum air suction compressor to hold the paper matrix against the rolls, allowing smooth, grooveless gum rolls to apply starch uniformly across the entire flute width without any gaps.
Because the adhesive film is perfectly continuous and gapless, the structural bond between the fluting medium and liner sheet is dramatically stronger. This directly yields higher box compression strength (CS) compared to traditional single facers.
To achieve stable high-speed performance and precise starch gelatinization, this machine is highly recommended to be connected to an industrial steam boiler setup or heavy-duty thermic fluid heaters.
We manufacture this machinery in five standard deckle widths: 42\", 52\", 62\", 72\", and 84\". It runs smoothly at a high industrial output capacity of 125 running feet (RFT) per minute.
